Initial Consultation
This is your first visit to evaluate your treatment needs. We accept the following insurances in the state of Pennsylvania: United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Medicare. Private pay visit rate is $100/hr. You receive a free discovery call prior to this visit.
Induction Visit
If it is determined that medication management would be beneficial for you there are two options. We can either devise a plan for initiating the treatment at home, or schedule an induction visit to initiate treatment. We prescribe various medications including suboxone and naltrexone.
Follow Up Visits
These are visits scheduled after your induction visits. The goal of these visits is to monitor your progress and modify your treatment plan as needed. Your treatment plan and progress will determine the frequency of these visits.
